After recently giving birth, former Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson is considering getting another boob job. But instead of adding another cup size, the 24-year-old Mrs. Hank Baskett is downsizing.

She said that since giving birth to Hank IV in December, she has gone unhappy with her bigger post-pregnancy chest.

She told Life & Style magazine, “I’d definitely consider getting my boobs redone after breastfeeding. They’re a little too big now. I’ve considered getting a breast reduction.”

She has already told her Indianapolis Colts wide receiver husband about her plan.

Wilkinson, who had her first breast enhancing procedure when she was 18, said, “Hank says, ‘If you want to do that, that’s cool with me.’”

But one thing she’s not going to do again is to pose nude for Playboy.

“If I were asked, it’d be a hard decision, but I’d lean toward no. The Playboy chapter of my life is now closed. I would definitely model, but I don’t think I would pose nude. I’m on to the next chapter of being a mom and a wife.”

Playboy’s annual March Sex and Music issue 

Playboy magazine spotlights the world’s 25 Sexiest Celebrities in its annual March Sex and Music issue, and awards its “Sex Stars of The Year” title to Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson, the stars of E!’s hit series “The Girls Next Door.”

The issue will mark the girls’ third “Sexiest Celebrities” appearance and third Playboy cover. To celebrate this milestone, Playboy is offering three different versions of its March cover. All feature the girls in various stages of undress, with subscribers receiving a collector’s edition nude cover, domestic newsstands featuring the girls in lingerie, and Playboy’s international fans seeing their favorite reality TV stars in a topless version (issue on newsstands and at playboydigital.com Friday, February 8; all three versions of the magazine are available at playboystore.com).

Playboy’s 25 Sexiest Celebrities feature celebrates today’s hottest stars with a 10-page pictorial that includes Jennifer Love Hewitt, Britney Spears, Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson and Christina Aguilera. Mardi Gras looks like so much fun. I really need to go one of these years. Does anyone see Kendra in these photos? It seems strange for her to not be present, these girls do everything together. I notice that out of everyone Kendra is the least accepting of the relationship. I guess if I was 22 I would feel like I wanted more too. Bridget was previously married so I am sure she has had her share of real life experience. Holly of course, has Hef, so she is content. Poor Kendra has Bridget but lusts for more. I know they say they are all only with eachother but I tend to doubt that. I can’t imagine being a young woman in a fourway relationship with an 80 year old and not seeking sex elsewhere. Let’s be realistic.

Drunk blogging during the superbowl is a lot of fun!! Just thought I would prepare everyone for anything I may say that is off the wall. Seriously though, I love these girls, all of them… I have thought each one was my favorite at one point in time but lately, my favorite is Bridget. She just seems so cool and real. Don’t get me wrong, they all seem like tons of fun but right now Bridget is my fav. Hef looks happy, must be nice to be an old geezer with so many sexy women on your arms.

I adore this girl. I just wish she wasn’t wearing such a boyish outfit in these photos, she is too sexy for football gear.

In the close up of her face I notice she has some wrinkles. She is really young to have wrinkles. Maybe I am wrong but I thought at 21 I was pretty much baby faced, no large pores or uneven texture. Not to say I had perfect skin, and I still don’t but I have a few years on her and less deep wrinkles. I guess staying out of the sun really does work. That’s my advice to all of you, including Kendra. It’s never too late to start saving your skin. Looking at that close up I am actually surprised she is 21. Could be the face of someone in their 30’s. She is amazing though and will be for years to come.

Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson — better known as Hugh Hefner’s trio of blonde girlfriends from E!’s “The Girls Next Door” reality series — will appear for the third time on the cover of Playboy.

“It kinda happened by accident,” Hefner told The Associated Press. “It was not the original plan. I knew we were overdue for a cover featuring the girls. For our annual sexiest celebrities list, we always get votes from readers on the Internet of who should be on the top of the list. Lo and behold, as the votes were coming in, we found the girls moving up higher and higher on the list.”

Madison, Marquardt and Wilkinson will be featured together in three different covers for the “25 Sexiest Celebrities” issue. In the newsstand edition cover image, out Feb. 8, the women are clad in glittery lingerie in front of a starry backdrop.

“To be perfectly frank, I have unexpectedly fallen in love,” Hefner said of his ongoing relationship with the three women. “It is the relationship with Holly that will probably last forever. The others will last for as long as they want it to last before going on with their careers and lives.”

Among the celebrities to make Playboy’s list are Jennifer Love Hewitt, Alicia Keys, Cameron Diaz, Beyonce, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears. Hefner said the top three online celebrity vote-getters were Angelina Jolie, Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Alba, with “The Girls Next Door” coming in fourth place.

“Yes, there was some favoritism involved,” Hefner joked. “I know them personally.”

Holly Madison’s dreams of having a baby Hef are closer than ever! The ‘Girls Next Door’ cutie and Hugh Hefner were spotted at the office of a Beverly Hills gynecologist who specializes in vitro fertilization.

Holly’s rep had previously said, “Holly is not pregnant, although she would like to be in the near future.” While in Monaco, Holly told reporters, “I want to have kids with Hef in the next year or so. When that happens, I just want it to be me and him.”

If she gets preggers I’m assuming Bridget and Kendra are going to have to look for a new pad to crash at. I wonder if 81 year-old Hef’s sperm is even still good. They might have to dust them off a little,

The lives of Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson have significantly changed ever since they moved into the Playboy mansion and became Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends.  For the past few years, they have experienced the lavish perks of the extravagant manor, enjoyed wild adventures and kinky parties, as they rocket into stardom on their reality series The Girls Next Door. But as much as they want to all live happily ever after together, they must also face the inevitable changes that are bound to happen some time in the future.

No one really knows what lies ahead for these girls but part of the direction they are heading is considerably anchored in the fate of The Girls Next Door.  The E! series that focuses on the lives of the girls and the various events inside the Playboy mansion has been a successful launch for the network and continues to be a hit in the ratings with its current fourth season.  However, speculations of the program’s looming ending have started to surface when the girls hinted on their individual plans after its fifth season run.

“We’re currently negotiating for season five right now, which they want to start filming in March.  After that, I’m kind of ready to go do some spin-offs or something.  I kind of want to host a show, maybe like a makeover-style show, like Playboy makeovers,” Marquardt told OK! magazine.

As for the rest of the beauties, Madison wants to do a spin-off about the Playboy studio where she works, while Wilkinson want to open her own gym.

Relationship adjustments are also in the cards for these girls if and when Hefner sets a date to marry his number girlfriend Madison.  While Wilkinson certainly approves of Hefner and Madison’s relationship and the possibility of their marriage, she’s a little bit puzzled on Hefner and the girls’ current setup.

“We all love Hef and everything, but we realize that things are starting to become more Hef and Holly.  I’ll be honest…it’s kind of confusing to me how it’s becoming more of Holly and Hef.  We’re still here, we’re still still part of Playboy and Girls Next Door.  But in a way I don’t get it right now.  I’m kind of confused with the way things are right now, and where we stand,” Wilkinson revealed to OK! magazine.
